We are pleased to announce that as a business with funding from our brand partners in the heating industry; Sprint Renewables, The Renewables Warehouse and Alpha Heating Innovation, we are committing to deliver the discounted price of classes for Parent and Baby, Parent and Toddler and Pre-School, for the foreseeable future. We understand the cost of living has increased for everyone and where we are able to keep the cost down to support with this, we will always try. Swimming is a life-long skill that everyone should be given the opportunity to have from the beginning and take forward in life.
Helping break the barriers of Social Isolation and supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing
By providing exercise in the water using our pool and encouraging socialisation within our café area, the benefits of Sprint Swim Academy’s facilities, we hope and aim, will support and improve physical and mental health and reduce social isolation and loneliness.
We take mental health very seriously, a healthy mind and body for everyone, in the aim of supporting all, in ways of providing stimulating exercise in water that can contribute immensely to health and wellbeing factors as well as the social element of this. For some people they may feel lonely or isolated within their community and by providing such a programme where following their swim exercise session they would be able to visit our café facilities above the swim school to sit and enjoy refreshments, food and socialise together, our aim is to support and improve health conditions, build relationships, breakdown any isolation barriers, reducing social isolation and loneliness, helping people to feel inclusive.
